Body Heat Could Power Future Gadgets

Perpetua’s new armband charger could power your watch using your own body heat.

Body heat can produce a consistent three to four volts of electricity, just enough to power Bluetooth Low Energy headsets, watches, and even heart monitors. Perpetua hopes to have prototypes reading for testing by 2012.
