Well, not a monster in the conventional sense.
What you’re looking at is an admittedly pretty monstrous Atlantic sturgeon. These fish are practically prehistoric, remaining relatively unchanged for about 100 million years. Several Atlantic sturgeon species are endangered, so this is quite the remarkable find.
