This hatchling was only abound a foot long and covered in fuzz.

The imprints of tiny feathers–almost like fur–can be seen around the edges of this nearly perfect fossil. It is easily one of the most complete and best preserved skeletons ever found. This creature roamed what is now Germany about 135 million years ago.
