This battery can be painted on almost any surface.
The battery is spray-painted on, component by component, in layers. “This means traditional packaging for batteries has given way to a much more flexible approach that allows all kinds of new design and integration possibilities for storage devices,” said Pulickel Ajayan, Rice materials scientist and mastermind behind this innovative power source.
