World's Tallest Treehouse

Epic treehouse: Horace Burgess spent 11 years building this ten story, 10,000-square-foot structure.

Over 250,000 nails keep the structure steady, but it didn’t cost as much as you might think. Burgess was thrifty and used a lot of recycled materials, keep the bill at just $12,000–a pretty good deal for a tree-mansion with a choir loft, a basketball court, and several spiral staircases.
